Who we are
Sofgrade is a software company based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy covers this website and our product SYNC ERP.
What we collect
- Details you send us through this website: name, company, phone, email and message.
- For SYNC ERP: account details of your users (name, employee code, role, phone, email) and field activity entered in the app (attendance, location at check-in, doctor calls, expenses and requests).
- Business data your company uploads: products, doctors, distributors, sales, targets and accounts.
How location is used
The SYNC field app records location only when a user marks attendance or punches a call, to confirm the visit. It is not used for any other purpose.
How we use data
Data is used only to provide our services. We do not sell data or share it with other companies.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on secure cloud servers. Each company's data is kept separate and is visible only to that company's users, by role.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion when the service ends.
